Such generous and knowledgeable hosts

Two highly successful authors of both adult and children’s books share their deep knowledge of the industry from an idea to the sell. And they are in your corner each step of the way. If you are thinking of writing a book, are in the middle of one or trying to figure out how to sell it this is a must listen. And they are funny too.

Like getting incredible children’s publishing advice from friends!

Listening to Beth and Lisa is like getting insight into the children’s publishing industry from good friends. As seasoned authors who are still submitting and selling their work, their perspective brings authenticity to each episode. They don’t oversimplify—they present the challenges of the business with practical pointers on how to navigate them and deliver interviews that add context and depth. Their episodes are easy to binge and worth taking notes. I just want to sit in the room and ask even more questions of them! I’m hooked!

A joyous show about writing and reading!

As an aspiring author of MG fantasy horror and an old soul myself, with more than a few wrinkles of my own, I really enjoy this show. The hosts are light hearted and funny, and, as accomplished authors themselves, very knowledgeable too! And the guests have all been truly great! I’ve learned so much. This show is like having writing allies!
